Refund policy
WE OFFER RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE TO RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS.
We do not offer any refunds for any purchases. Store credit will be given; we do not issue refunds. We also except exchanges within 14 days from purchase date. Being a small business, we carry very low inventory of each item, which typically sells out within a 2 week window. That makes it really difficult for us to accept returns for styles we no longer have on hand and have removed from our systems. We spend countless hours searching for unique items to offer you and we stand by those items. We always hope that you are satisfied with your order, so if you have any questions or concerns before placing an order, please use the chat feature on our website and we will answer you fairly quickly.
Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue immediately and do what we can to make it right. Please ensure to include a photo with your message. Send all emails to urbanstitchboutique@outlook.com.
Store Credit
You will receive an electronic gift card from us via email once your return has been received, inspected, and processed. Please allow 3-5 to receive that email. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Shipping charges will not be included in the store credit.
Exchanges
While we would love to guarantee you are able to exchange for another size in the same item, we are not able to do that since we carry very low inventory of each item. When shipping a return back for an exchange, you will indicate the item/size you wish to exchange the return for, but if that item is no longer in stock, we will issue you store credit.
Refunds
Although we do not accept returns, when a refund is necessary and approved, you will be issued a refund back to your original payment method within 48 hours of us receiving the returned item. Refunds are calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Shipping charges will not be included in the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
